Hey I've been floatin around the forums just reading what people have to say and tryin to pick up as much as I can from everyone. I'm relatively new to Photoshop, I'm not a noob, but I've got a lot to learn. I've posted my first sig here for you all to rip on and critique. Be honest and be ruthless, I'll never improve if I dont know the truth.

Hey , you seem quite good at photoshop . I quite like your current signature

All it needs is a pixel border ( Tutorial on this forum ) And a colour balance layer

Lyaer --> New adjustment layer --> Color balance

the only otha thing is i cant tell that thats a "T" in ur sig it looks like a weird "P" mybe try another font?
