    For a project in my computer imaging class, we had to model something in Illustrator using gradient meshes. Here's the link to the original: Link

    and a modified one for my school:



    p.s. can someone tell me how to define the size of the jpeg you are saving? for instance, i'd like more white space around the model, but when i export as jpeg, illustrator automatically clips it as close as possible.

    Good lord, yours look better than the originals! That's pretty damn impressive, you should be proud. Only thing i can think of would be to open it in ps, make the CANVAS size bigger then fill with white.

    thats incredible but the black at the base of the bag looks a little fake which kinda a spoils it but not much.........it's still incredible though nice one

    quite amazing, the first one is a little more realistic than the second, the shadows and shading are better. but still an amazing job.

    probably about 5. the reason the first one looks much better is because i had the original there to take the exact colors from. thx for comments all.

    "drexel" is off perspective in the 2nd


    the first is great except for the shadow/bottom of it
