Noice... but that was done in flash man... i dont think ps has the properties to make the lines cartoon-like like flash does.

This was for me a sort of training to get well known with the pen tool, so that's why I picked homer... I'm already working on a new vector: Super Mario (3d)

try duplicating the final layer and gaus. blurring it to 1-2 pixels and put it behind and opacity it down

its pretty sweet, but the lines arent very consistant, thats the only critique i can think of. otherwise it looks good.
