Its hard to say really, sorry but IMo you need to scrap it :lol:

If youre going for a basic look then no need to scrap just:

put a border on the content boxes, or give them the border effect...
get some sidebars
get a banner instead of everything just 'there'
get rid of the AK
do something to the box headers, thats just gradient with orange text...

AND GET ON MSN :lol:
