they're quite good since it's your first ones.
1st one. you've got a clean and simple banner that fits well to the bg, the character fits with the text, but the bg seems a little bit clean. Is tuvec a game or just your nick?. quite good job.

2nd one. It seems like you've just put together a bunch of pictures into a sig, am I right? try to create your own background, or at least change/play around with the picture. I don't like the red, fat stroke on the text, and you've mixed a lot of colors. nice rain-effect though.
