Well first things that hits me is the bevel and emboss, cut down on that more...

You need some brushes too, go to http://deviantart.com and search for brushes

Can't really comment because they are, well TBH typical beginner sigs.

Read some tuts and develop your own style,t hen i can C+C properly

blending is something that is needed a bit more mostly on the sports ones, but hey not a bad start.
