Generally as sigs go, that one is rather large.... I use 300w x 130h, try something around there maybe.
The render is... i don't even know how to explain it lol, camouflaging?
The background isn't bad for a second sig, just a little too monotone (right word? =&#092.

Overall it just needs some work, try reading tutorials and experimenting with things, im sure you'll improve in no time ^^
