Trail: Beneath The Surface

Here's my entry for the bi-weekly competition.

I made a movie poster complete with production team, actors and stuff like that. All names except my own are from this name generator, and of course, the director of the very awesome movie is me. xP
And oh, the movie is called 'Trail: Beneath The Surface', not 'Trail beneath the surface'. ;P



The thing which the longest time was actually the text. The arms are my own. ^^ This wasn't the most serious of works, but it was damn fun to make.

Wow. Just, wow.

I thought that was a poster for an actual movie when I first looked at it.

Oh, and it does look a little funny how there's bright pink text on an otherwise grayscale image.

I have to agree... i almost thought u got that fro a movie poster and wer trying tell people how good the movie, no seriously thats wat i thought. i got linked here from the shoutbox so i didnt read the title. lol.

The hands seem a little out of place- like they shouldn't be there, but everything else is really good- the pinkish text could be more pale. But yeah, I was like 'did he steal a movie posta?'

Actually, the image isn't really greyscale. It is almost greyscale. ;D But I guess it's nothing you think about when you look at it.

Shamino: I think the hands look a bit odd because of the resized image. They actually look better on the bigger version. Original is in 2480x3508. I guess it's the rings in the water that are too small. I had problems with this, but I didn't want to make the picture too big. :/
Also, the pink text is pink because you are suppost to see it. On posters, the websites and stuff often is in a totally different color, just to stand out. I tried alot different colors, and this one was the one that gave the text attention without ruining the picture. I know what you mean though. Thanks for the comment!

C'est tres bien. I lke the way you didn't use any white, just grey ^_^.
Or if there is white i'm blind =)

The scenery looks good with all the fog, c'est not overdone or anything.
