wmv to avi/mov software

When I used PSP and AS exclusively, it was such a breeze because there was freeware that made it simple . I have a Mac Tiger now. Is there any freeware for Macs, similar to QT Pro that will do these conversions or one with a free trial?

Unfortunately, most of the clips I upload are WMV files and IR doesn't work with those.

Any recs?

I did a very extensive Google search for you, only to come up with two or three results. Then I remembered you needed a Mac program, and I had to start all over again. This was all I could find:

Thanks for going through the effort, I've never used it but I've read interesting things about it.

But, guess what? I literally just got QT Pro hehe but I will look into the other.
