image ready wont save as .gif

when i make animated sigs imageready wont save as .gif files anymore.

the first 2 i made only like 3 hours earlier were fine but on my third one it doesnt save as .gif anymore only .jpg

save optomized as, then for format select gif i think thats it

file> save optimtimzed to...> the only file type it gives me .jpg

Personally i'd say just to not use rain, on account of the way you did it is toooooooo cheesey. I had this same problem...i just saved the psd, closed it and reopened it.

ok i restarted the comp like 3 times then it started to save properly again

ok... lol i have had this problem before. i just went to edit > prefrences > optimization and chose one of the settings that suit you in "Default Optimization" frame.
