It's worse. I think you should keep the Lens Flare, but work on the text. Also, get rid of the Scan Lines cause they just don't look good in this tag. The Inner Glow on the Border looks strange...maybe change the color to light blue or get rid of it. Also, chop 20 - 30 pixels of the bottom.
