It is way too dark in the lower half. And the motiv itself isn't very interesting. If you were able to see anything in the lower half and with some cool clouds on the sky it would have been alot better. Right now it's just a bit "hmm, ok". I dunno if you wanted to make some kind of artistic contrast between the dark and bright, but it's not working very well. And remove the text!
