I don't like it. Try to give the brushing more depth by adding black and a levels layer on multiply with a low opacity. Put the stock above the brushing and gently erase parts of it with one of the brushes in the pack, but don't erase any of the face. Just until it blends. Then make a new layer and go to Image>Apply Image. On that layer, hit Ctrl+L and click on auto. Then press Ctrl+U and bump the saturation up to +15. Next, go to Filter>Sharpen>Unsharp Mask and use these settings: 50, 1, 0. Finally, add your text. Use a simple font like Arial or Times New Roman and set the aa to sharp and play with the horizontal av to spread it out to fit. Use 10 - 14 pt font size. =) Hope that helped.
