Keep the way you had it in the 2nd post.

When the user points over one of the sections, have it drop down (like the welcome one), and make it link to the next page.

I think the BG is tad blank. Of course you would add some photo's and text boxes and such. So it should work out fine!

Can't wait to see a full layout, with a bit more "body" to it.
