what the crap... why did you post in software help? and don't type in caps.. follow tuts mate... try pixel2life.com or somthing... you dont just learn how, its all practice and figuring it out your self somtimes.

working and pushing buttons, depends on what you wanna do, and how you want it, might help to do some masks, blurs, overlays, overs, noise grain, stuff over it, its really practice.
