Overall it looks nice, the render is placed well, fits with the 3d render, and the text looks good in the position it's in. But there are some things like the 3d render, the edges need to be Anti-Aliased / Rendered to a higher quality, and at a larger size// then sized down.. Also, the background does not create a feeling of depth and just kind of flattens, and doesn't add to the image. Center the background around your foreground imageYou've done this at the bottom though :P Erm... nothing else to add, with a little more it could turn out nice. Also - I wouldn't apply an adjustment layer as the only source of colour, it makes it look dull and just harder to look at
