Well it undercuts the need for designers. Say they want a GREAT template.

They find it! Cool, but do they have to pay for it? No. It's given for free. Why would they ever hire a designer to make one, if they can get one for free?

This type of thing costs designer's so much of the market. It's hard to find a serious job these days for designers. = /
