i like the font for the logo. you need to adjust the color though. dark grey is no good.

yeah, I agree gray is no good for background color, but if you will use white text on it might look ok.
now for content, if you will do with webdesign on these pages, drop in some boxes with webdesign plans, one box that will show most recent design projects, one box with contatct info, one box with shoutbox or something... and here you go, you will have filled space in few minutes, just get some imagination for it

Like I already said, I love it.

Just need to work on the color. I like how you are doing something different then the competition.

if you are planning to make this website for a company, i dont think a shout box is a good idea. shout box its for websites less pro, for young ppl.

i suggest you just add a news box. and below that. what do you do, with links to your portfolio.

Yea, I agree on that, shoutbox is noo good for pro-sites. But anyway some more content boxes is always good to have, just that they meet standards of quality content....

Like the header, not much more.

The grey needs to be darker, either #111111 or #222222 and the green needs to more 'limey' if you get me.

And not sure on the one large content box, what about side news etc?

It all depends if thats how you need it or what you have in mind.

It needs more depth and detail to be honest, try spending more time :P

Everyone (I) am like that at first, when i first started doing templates they were very simple and similar to yours just keep doing them and you will get better.

What i did to improve was hop over to http://clantemplates.com and check out some of theirs and get the ideas you like off their and try to recreate them.

Dont expect anything to good though because their templates are great and well, you have just started.
