Looks great!

I'd suggest making the spout of water more simple, less broken up; and making the paintbrush more... paintbrushy. See the awful looking adjustments i made in paint for a better idea about what I'm talking about. :P



Besides those suggestions, that logo looks perfect.

I love the first design you have with no tail on the whale because I think that abstract visuals are much better when it comes to company logos. And also like catalyst just said, you might want to make the text more visible because that should main focus of the logo. Also, the text is in a great place because the first place I looked on version one was the paintbrush and then i followed across the back and read the words. You positioned it so perfectly. It's a great logo but try adding a little more to the text to help make it stand out a little more.
