Looks like a plan, theres no detail or anything its just plain, and the bevell and emboss is horrible. The font is bad to >.< The header is more of a sig, dont really like anything about it sorry.

The logo looks like its a stock brush, part of a logo from clantemplates.com and some font.

In other words nothing is your own by the looks of it and it shows.

um the logo isnt brushes wrongo haha... it was made by the shape tool unless u are referring to the banner and thats just grunge brushes
the logo is mine tyvm

the font is regular tahoma font didnt know that could be bad haha
bevel and emboss on the font or template? the templates bevel and emboss is good.. atleast i thought so... lol

Hmm not bad, but the images as backgrounds behind the text (hard to explain >.<) annoy me... It could make it harder to read...
