Hum. I found this out a long time ago. By the way your lines are "Choppy" I can tell you are holding your pencil wrong. Heres a guide on how to hold your pencil while doing sketches.

Critque: I like anatomy. But the face could use more detail. Also in the first the shoe's perspective is off.

Try cleaning it up in photoshop, and color it!

dude, ive been drawing for like over 3 years now?
if i change my pencil grip my whole style will just die
the reason the lines are choppy is because im not very good with anatomy, so i make light lines before drawing the permanent one.
and like ive said before i dont coour :P others can feel free if they realy like it or something, but i stick to just sketching. this was an experiment with proper anatomy because i always fuck something up, and also with fashion. thanks for te comment though, im glad some one did

Work from the shadows outwards. Try spending around 3-4 hours on a drawing and it'll start to look pretty real Nice though. Just work on body shapes, some slightly more dynamic poses might look better. With some cool perspective

Well if your that ignorant to change the way you hold your pencil, you shouldn't ask for the critque. Just try!

    Excuse me???
i did NOT ask for a critique on my pencil holding which i know you cannot tell i hold wrong just by the way i draw, which btw is scaned and saved over the internet, so obviously the quality has been reduced. your little tutorial link would be of no use to me either. you take no consideration into the stylistic properties of the drawing, which if you havent noticed is cartoony and not meant to be realistic in any way. And that tutorial is not particullarly targeted towards my style of drawings and is therefore of no use to me. ofcourse that is in disregard of the fact that i do not hold my pencil incorrectly. so i suggest before making false asumptions you should evaluate the drawing and the cirrcumstances thourally, and then you can SUGGEST such tutorial. otherwise i suggest you hold your tounge and give me a plain and simple critique on the acctual drawing. it seems as though you were merely attempting to flaunt the tutorial you had found and i was most recent to post a drawing. as for the tutorial, it is only a guideline, every artist has their own unique way of going about their art work, it is not what you call a conforming industry.

@ dale: i got the poses from some pictures, theyre a bit more punky which i suppose you dont like?? but thank you for the comment, im glad you like them

Found some links that show you how to angle your paper when you draw, some ones on the type of pencil you use, and others on the way you erase. you should read them all, because judging by your drawings, you need it...

seriously though, i like them all, though i think in the first one, she shouldn't be wear any stockings. i know it isn't as punk rock, but i think a lack of stockings would got better than the torn ones. just imo. the angel one is my fav.
