For the text, make the color white and add a stroke to it.

Right-click the text layer and go to Blending Options... the on the bottom of the new window it will say "Stroke". Make it 1px wide and make the color black.

Or you can go to edit>stroke and set it to 1px and black, but then you will need to rasterize the text layers and I don't like doing that.
