I went to Google News, and I was going to read about the school shootings that have all been happening like mad lately. When I got there, there was an article that said it was posted 44 minutes before about someone with a gun in a school. 44 minutes from when I got onto it! I was like...wow...that's so crazy.

I think people are just getting straight-up mean these days. I mean, when I was younger, I always got picked on. I'm smaller than the other guys, and I'm a freakin' weirdo, so I got picked on all the time all the way up to high school. Then I got big friends. But the point is, it was wedgies and stuff like that, you know? No big deal. And I think a lot of it was also that I had a mother who cared and, you know, PARENTED me. People these days are so mean to each other, and parents do a pretty piss poor job of raising their kids. Set them in front of the TV and they'll be okay. It's ridiculous -- really ridiculous.

Wasn't the anniversary of Columbine recently, too? That's probably why this stuff always happens right now.
