The background rather resembles something from a tutorial I once saw.

Anyway I like the effect, so well done, I think the font could be improved and the frame covering the top and bottom needs to be changed, I think its rather tacky. Other than that its well done.

Looks good except for the text... It's too "In your face"... Tone it down and it might look awesome...
