well i dont know how do u call it around here but in israel we call it illustration.

if you dont know what i mean by saying illustration:
taking a photo and try to illustrate her..

in the art community its called vector or vexel, where you use paths to essentially trace over a photo or refereance. Its a form of illustration... though illustration is much broader in definition and usually implies use traditional or digital "paint style" media.

Reaslistic vectors? Hmm... for that you'd need several layers of highlights and shadows, i mean, alot of layers. And if youw ere do make this image look more realistic, remove the black line around the white belly
