You dont have to be legal to get served in pubs

Its harder in clubs in main towns like wigan though, as EVERYONE has to have ID, even if you like 90. If some pubs dont let you in, just go in with a few friends who have Id then they normally believe you, if not get fake ID

I'm close to 22 now and I still get carded like crazy. I just got back from vegas, i tried getting a drink there and the bar tender laughed at me. She goes "You're 16, don't try to fool me."

Lol Went in one bar everyone but me got let in with no ID. When i look oldest and tallest ouut of them, and one was 25 lmao So we wait until the bouncer went somewhere else
