The first one has nothing really interesting. You should add something more. Likte a new render or something. I don't like the size either. It would look much better if the height was 140px or something. The text doesn't really work either. I think that an outline tech font would work here. I like the colors though.

The second one:
The colors should be changed. You also need a black 1px border. And for this one, I would use abstract style on the brushing, not grunge. It doesn't fit with the render. Try to blend the render more too.
I kinda like the font though, even though it could be a bit smaller.
