No, it doesn't look like this. Infact such problem appears when the application is not at all installed or has been removed and the only shortcut remains which must refer to a file to whcih it is ascribed. In my case everything seems normal. I can get to the list of help titles and as soon as one of them is clicked, the message appears that the help is corrupt and reinstalling may resolve the problem. ( or something similar - at this time it is working since I have recently re-installed it otherwise I would have shown what exactly the message is.)
