yeah, bit messy. the bg flows left/right but the stock flows at an almost up/down angle, so try and make the bg flow at the same angle as the stock. if that makes sense.

the background is a bit flat, same tones, maybe add a lightsource or two. on the top left of her face there are highlights, so you could add a soft white default brush near there. and add unsharp mask to the stock, give it better focus. maybe even blur the background too, would have better focus, dunno if it'd look better overall though

and yeah, lots of critique, but don't take it the wrong way, I still like it, especially v2. just a few things that jumped out at me
