The bird is sexeh, and the black and white on the llama is pretty sweet.

The newest one, needs work tbh, its a beautiful shot, but the camera was set up wrong possibly; there are NO highlights. Try taking some shots in RAW format if you can, especially landscapes similar to that, and edit the raw settings in photoshop. But remember, taking photos in RAW takes up loads of memory, so only take good 'uns =)

Thanks, but the llama is a camel.
DUH ROB, GET IT FUCKING RIGHT.

There's no highlights in that pic cause it was a really shitty, rainy, cloud day. I can take some pics in RAW, but it limits my camera to like 150 pictures or something. I'll try it out and maybe retake this picture.

Did you use the flash on the first one? It looks like it judging by the sand.. and if not,
something behind you is probably lighting it up.. It looks a little weird with the rest of the scene
    being very dark.

By looking at the exif posted at deviantart, I see you used a shutter-speed of 1/60 and iso400..
If you ever plan on retaking this shot (and I think you should), try using iso100 and a
shutterspeed well over a second.. Experiment between 1 and 20 seconds and you'll see what
I mean... The aperture would of course change depending on what shutterspeed you select
(use Tv). A shutterspeed this long would require a tripod though, and if you don't have one, try
to find something nearby that you can lean the camera on. (And I would recommend you
    getting a tripod. :-)).

Also I see that you used a focal length of 46mm; in this type of landscape shot you often get a
nicer effect with a wide-angled shot. Now, I don't know what you had around you when you
took the shot, but you might have wanted to try using 18mm. (I'm assuming you used the
EF-S 18-55/3.5-5.6 lens judging by the F-stop). It often makes more of a dramatic picture..

And for the other pictures you posted, they look good (and much better), I especially like the
bird. And by the first picture, it's hard to tell if you're advancing in your photography.. Retake
the shot, and get back to me, and I'll tell you.. :-)

And by the way, this forum has way to wide posts, hence my line-breaks. You cannot read
    lines that long easily.

He did use a flash, I could tell when I messed round with it. Just remember henry, to take a tripod with you next time. That was 1/60 shutter speed, and the platform is moved slightly; when you try it on a slower shutter speed, youll definately want to eliminate that.

Hahahah wowwwww good critique on the void!?!?! <3

I'm fairly sure i used a flash (stupid memory) but it was definitely dark out at the time i took the picture (not pitch black, but you know.) And rob, sure, show me what you did.

I couldn't have used 100 ISO could i, because of how dark it was?
I do have a tripod, so thats no problem, but how is it that i change the focal length? Just by focusing normally, and putting it onto the all focus thing? And on TV mode, is it the higher the number the longer shutter speed, or vice versa? Sorry i'm such a fucking newb to cameras.

When shooting landscape and nature, ISO 100 is very common. Get a tripod and do some longer exposures! Then you can get that cool flat/misty water effect too. And when you become more hardcore, you start creating HDR images or shoot with gradient and ND filters.

And thats also why you should shoot in RAW; hdr landscapes are the pwn.
