Project image
as part of my degree course i had to do some group work, and i ended up being the graphics guy. one of the things i had to make was a cartoon style classroom with a few 'dangers' in it for kids to spot. well, i spent ages on preparing it, but after completly ballsing it twice, i realised i had to do the whole thing in one night... and this is the result
and yes, i know i could have used a 3d program, but i didnt really want to, and i know it doesnt look very cartoonie, but i had time restraints
thoughts?
*edit* changed img to a link, coz its too big

i had my doubts with all the little faults in it tbh
yeah, it was all done in PS. i could have spent another 5 weeks solid adding more detail to it, but as i said, no time

i really like the perspective you used on this. The furniture is great, also the mountians outside look pretty cool to, all i can say is good job.

what they said, gj. one thing that really bothers me is that all the objects cast shadows, but they themselves are flat (no highlights/shades) unless they're too subtle for me to notice. i see that if you're going for the cartoon style you'd want to keep it simple but i think you're stuck in between now. either add some highlights and shades or lose the shadows imo

It's very nice - makes me wonder how it would have looked in C4D

the shadows were a last min slap on to give it a bit more depth, i would have done some shading but it was about 6am at this point and i needed to get ready for college
i might add it if the school im doing it for is interested
