Poster Design - Godskitchen; Feedback Wanted

Ok firstly ill start by saying 'Hello' as this is my first post at GFXVOID.

Good day to you all, im cris and i love graphics and DJin.
This is one design i have done for my college assignment for the introduction to my Graphic Design course.

We have to create an A3 poster for an event of our choosing. We are not expected to create it on photoshop, illustrator or indesign but as i have the software and some knowledge within these areas i have chosen to use these medias. Plus i really enjoy it

So this is a poster design which is not yet fully completed, i would love it if you guys could give me some feedback on the actual layout and design.
Use of colour, text, etc.

Please could you start by saying if you like or dislike and then go on to how i can improve and what do you think i could add or take away to achieve a better overall finished design.

I like this alot, the colors are solid an go with each other. The design is really cool and the layout is good. My suggestions would be to move the date and time up a little bit, atleast until the bottom of the 06:00 is on top of the first set of "rays" just so that the eyes don't have to wander as far to see that. Maybe try using the same font you did to type "Godskitchen" on the subtitles (oxygen arena, etc.) to tie in all of the elements you can. That's my take, good work thus far.

Great feedback, exactly what i was looking for and not just cause you said you like it lol. I think your spot on about trying to match the elements up a little more, it should hopefully bring a bit more co-ordination to the whole piece.

Ohh and the godskitchen font i sadly dont have, i got a logo of there's and chopped it up in places and vectorised the actual logo so i could keep the quality and resize it.
If anyone knows what this font is please give me a shout it will aid my design massively

Ok some slight changes have been made.
The date and time text has been changed, sadly i didnt save the PSD for the previous one, i'd done everything except the date and time so i have had to change them.
To be honest though i now prefer the positioning and i feel to use the same font it has benefited the design overall. Let me know what you think to this one

i prefer the 1st 1 where the date and time was in the bottom corner

I'm not a fan of the font you used for the details. But I like the rest. The date and time are better at the top.

I like V2 best, the colors are indeed nice and the effect on the bottom looks very nice. I think the text in V2 is better and the time and date is well placed.

I like this a little bit better, but the left side seems a little empty lol
Maybe try moving the "nitrogen room" information just slightly off the center and then move the "carbon lounge" information just to the left of that. See how that looks and then compare them.
Maybe you should give the professor all of the different posters you've come up with thus far and say to choose which one he/she likes best lol

I like the color scheme, but maybe use something besides white? V2 looks better, but i think the middle/top is really empty compared to the bottom. Maybe add some stuff in the background?
