3-D Bullet?

ya, i was wondering if you could make a 3-D bullet, or at least a 3-D perspective on bullet with photoshop? I made one with after effects (http://www.filmforfreaks.com/after-e...3D-bullet.html)
but i was wondering if you could do something similar with photoshop...thanks

your best bet to get that effect would be to make the bullet shape using the pen tool, fill it, then mess around with the bevel/emboss settings untill you found something you liked
