If you're using Mac then there is a program called Speech on Apples site: http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/speech/

Do you mean Microsoft Sam? It's not as good as MS TalkIt as it can only do one voice.

i think so but then i didn't check the one you posted, microsoft sam is crappy ~XD only good for stuff like that flash.. hahaha (by which i mean that flash was funny XD)
