Request For a Tutorial!!

Ok guys, sorry i posted this in another section then realized that it should be in here! Anyway im new here and need a little help.

I would like it if someone made a tut on like a supped up car, and made effects and the background.. like graffiti, to match the car designs and so on.

I would love for some1 to do this and it would be great to have,

we don't do tut request here at the void, but if you look around you can use almost any tut to make somthing just look around.
