Maybe this is enough to explain how I did it:
I made a new doucment, I think 500x200, you make a smaller sig in that one, I use grunge brushes for the bg, than add a text, find something goods, I use a tut and made the text a bit different. Then split the sig in two parts, and rotate them both. The left part -5degrees, the right on 5 degrees. Use the lassotool to make the crak in the upper middle look some more real.
