Ammerud is awesome
Would look good with a tight square crop
Thats the kinda place id go to and shoot night shots regularly
Others, average. Nothing bad but nothing stands out - I just wanted to comment on Ammerud :P

You can take pictures as long as cops dont approach you
then just like
know your rights
you should be able to take them, its just incase they think your scoping the place out
make sure they know its arts based photography

Stairway to heaven is pretty cool, i like the perspective of it. You might wanna think about cropping some off the top so you can't see it end, so it gives a more "infinite feel".

I also like Tag. If your ever over there again try getting a more straight on angle, and having a bit more light and i think it'd be pretty cool.

bench is pretty cool too, the depth of field works very well for it. it might be cool to have a shadowy figure sitting on the second bench, out of focus, If you ever re-shoot it.

Nice job, your getting better, you should try to go somewhere though, photograph the city or some people or something, i always find it hard to find interesting subjects around my neighborhood.

yeah i do, and simply because he would be most out of focus there while still being the subject, and it would give it more of a shadowy feel, however you should try it on both benches though :P
