It looked so good.. until i saw the typography..
Maybe try and align the middle line of the G and the E.
perhaps bring the stylized horn shape in for the top of the G, also try a few combinations without the V in the middle.
Other than that it looks sweet.
Edit:
It looks like there may be room in the bottom white space of the logo for the lettering also, try that too maybe!
