this like the third layout i have made ever, so its probably will look crap to you.

so i thought i'd might aswell.

I'd tone down the saturation of the brown background, and maybe the bottom too - maybe lighten them a bit too. I'd also work on the buttons - a bit too glassy. But that might be because I don't like the glassy style.
Also: is this in PS? I like the layout overall, but I don't know how doable the whole gradient backgrounds are...
