Been a bit busy of late, so this is my first in a little while...
not sure about the background but stuck with what to do ..any suggestions?

yea, I think you're mearly finished.
What I'd look for is defining a light source for the render and add in some lighting to add some depth to it and as Garis said, work on the text some.
Other than that I think it looks great.
