In a lot of the shots he lacks a lot of contrast. like in this one.

I think he might just be changing the curves and adding a cooling photofilter.

That or he uses colorbalances a lot. Which i think is the case now that i look at them more. But I'm sure thats not all hes doing. But color balances, when set to the right settings, defiently give off that blueish gren cold hue.

He also could be using a channel mixer and then just maksing it out? or selective coloring. But the colorbalance along with photo filtering, curves (to lose contrast) and maybe..some desaturation is my best bet.
