I gotta be honest, I've seen a lot better from you.
The coloring on this one is pretty off. It's very monotone and doesn't really work. The background is very busy and distracts from the render a lot.
BEcause the Bg is so busy it's hard to read the text.

Finally the little swooshy thign next to his arm is kind of bothering me. I'd try to get rid of it.

The BG is pretty good though, and the blending isn't bad. But I wouldn't count this as your best..
