wacom graphire 3 help required

My pen tip isnt responding because of some odd reason but the eraser is..... is there any way i can disable the eraser in programs (specifically photoshop) so that it functions like a normal brush?? Without uninstalling the wacom software??? im in dire need of assistance......

Buy a new pen tip from wacom or even a new pen i think they cost about £20. Ebay might also have some
