i need help with paintshop pro

actually its for my g/f . .and i dunno how to help her cuz i dont have paint shop pro .. .

she says she saved it as a .gif, and it saved . .but she cant see it . .or something . .like she tried to send it to me and it just looks like a little icon, and she said she couldnt upload it to imageshack either. this happens everytime she trys to save something, so i asume its something she doesnt know about?

can anyone help please

I used to use PsP before moving to photoshop.

Its such a sloppy program that something could be happening and she might not even know it.

Tell her to re-install it or something, easiest thing to do if you screw up, and dont know you've screwed up.

ive actually told her that plenty of times . .that i would give her ps . .but she doesnt like the fact of how i got it lol, and she says its too confusing . .and i showed her all the tutorials out there, and she still said no . .and she bought psp, so she feels like it would be a waste of money if she didnt use it.

and shes not really into graphics too much, sha makes all kinda little dolls and little cute things . .ya know? lol
