Key Binds Not Working in CS2

I just got CS2 (I love early birthday presents.) But now, none of the key binds will work. I use them all a lot and having them would help me so much. I'm just fine with having to click on every, though.

ok, edit >keyboard shortcuts. and if you want to import your old settings go to old folder like ps 7.0 or CS and copy the keyboard shortcut file, then paste it into the new one. should do it, and make sure to save a back up copy just in case.

I just happened to delete my old version of PS about five hours ago.

Could someone put their settings or the default settings on a host and put a link here?
