Too much contrast,the picture you used it pretty cool but i really dont like the way you tried to make him fade off the sig by those lines on the left.I dont like the drop shadow either.Text is not too shabby,its simple but i like how it fits into the overall feel of the signature,the sword looks pretty badass too.I would probably give this a 7.6/10 on the cx'ers scale of graphics design.
