Poster help~

i need to design a poster for my project and at first i wanted to make it vector like using the brushes i downloaded... then i realised that with a A3 size poster.. there is no way the brushes i downloaded (which are normally for sigs) will ever work on it... (as the brushes will get blurry if enlarged)... i know that using the pen tool is one of the solutions but i&#39;m no where near Rookie&#39;s pawnage pen tool skill >.<...

any suggestions are appreacitated..
