How about helping him out with suggestions instead of just saying that... If you need to learn how to post CnC, read the stickies. They're there for a reason.

Anyways.. The sig is pretty nice, but there is lots of room for improvement.
1.) The render looks squished. Make sure you hold down Shift when you resize things.
2.) The Background. The BG is pretty nice, but I think the length of the sig and the amount shown makes it look repetitive and bland.
3.) Text, Not too bad, actually. I'm not very good with text myself, but I think you could choose a better font to make it stand out a bit more.
