Yea, before you just jump in and start doing things. It always wise to see how things get run. Its good to look at stickys and read the rules.

Also use some common sense. Do you honestly think telling CX you suck, I need major help, should go in "News and Updates".

"News and Updates" is for staff. So please don't use it.

This should go in support. Not off topic. Support. Support is open for anyone to use.

If you would have posted there. I'm sure someone would've came along and help you.
