The colours don't work, the banner aint all that great, and the bg is crummy, but keep trying..

Lose the bevel

dont make a picture as your bg how will the tables extend?

make the bg match

i've made quite alot of layouts more than sigs, and honestly i'm not feeling it

try mixing it up a bit

i dont know what else to say but then again i'm still a n00b at photoshop too but if u need help just aim me
